These Terms govern your use of Remindy and the Remindy website.
1. License
Remindy is licensed, not sold. You may install and use it on your own Mac subject to the product license that applies to your version.
2. Use of the App
You may use Remindy to create reminders, recurring reminders, and lightweight tasks. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or resell the app without permission.
3. No Warranty
Remindy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aim for reliability, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation in all environments.
4. Changes
We may update the app, the website, and these Terms over time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
