Terms of Use
Last updated: May 15, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of Remindy, the official website, and related services.
By downloading, accessing, purchasing where applicable, or using Remindy, you agree to these Terms of Use.
App Access and License
Remindy is licensed, not sold.
Subject to these Terms, you may install and use Remindy for your personal or internal lawful use on supported Apple devices.
Any access, purchase, or license gives you only the rights expressly granted under these Terms and does not transfer ownership of Remindy or its intellectual property to you.
App Store Distribution, Billing, and Refunds
If Remindy is distributed through the App Store, Apple may handle distribution, billing, payment processing, purchase restoration, and refunds according to Apple’s own terms and policies.
If you need help with a charge, refund, payment method, or purchase restoration issue for an App Store transaction, you should generally use Apple’s App Store support channels first.
Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases that are processed entirely by Apple.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute Remindy except as permitted by law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to extract source code from Remindy except where applicable law expressly allows it;
- use Remindy, the website, or related services in a way that violates law, regulation, third-party rights, or platform rules;
- interfere with the app, website, infrastructure, or support systems; or
- use the app to transmit malicious code, abuse system resources, or disrupt the experience of other users or service providers.
Updates and Availability
We may update, improve, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of Remindy, the website, or related services at any time.
We do not guarantee that the app or website will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every macOS version, device, or third-party workflow.
Privacy
Your use of Remindy is also subject to our Privacy Policy, available at the official Remindy privacy page.
Intellectual Property
Remindy, including its software, interface design, branding, text, graphics, documentation, and related materials, is protected by intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remindy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that Remindy will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, or be free of defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of Remindy.
Our total liability for any claim relating to Remindy will not exceed the amount you paid for Remindy, if any.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated.
We may suspend or terminate access to the website or support services if you materially violate these Terms or use the services in a way that creates legal, technical, or security risk.
You may stop using Remindy at any time.
Termination does not limit any rights or remedies that arose before termination.
Governing Law
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
If you obtained Remindy through the App Store, mandatory terms required by Apple or applicable consumer law will also apply where relevant.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
